Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, booking a call, or engaging GPS Coaching for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
The services
GPS Coaching provides executive and emotional-intelligence coaching, corporate workshops, and related services for individuals and organizations. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking partnership; it is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Bookings & payment
Engagements, fees, and schedules are confirmed in a separate agreement or invoice. Fees are due as set out there. The discovery session carries no obligation on either side.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Specific notice periods, cancellation windows, and any refund terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
No guarantee of results
Coaching outcomes depend on your own participation, effort, and circumstances. GPS Coaching does not warrant any specific result, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular outcome.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the work, subject to any legal obligations and to the limits set out in your engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, wordmark, and materials on this site belong to GPS Coaching and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. Materials shared during an engagement are for your personal use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPS Coaching is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the services. Your engagement agreement governs the scope of any direct liability.
Third-party links & tools
The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). GPS Coaching is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
